5 PM RECIPIE

Do you sometimes feel to eat something which is not too much but also fills your appetite ? 

I most of the time do feel a need to eat something like that in the evening. I have a recipe which is so simple that you can make it in just 10 min . 

  1. Take a cup of vermicelli (semai) and rost it in ghee for 3 min . 
  2. Take it  out and keep it aside and again heat the pan and add mustard oil .
  3. Now when oil heats up add some cumin seeds to it ,then add 1 finely chopped onion to it and ginger garlic paste . 
  4. When onion become golden brown  add 1 finely chopped tomato to it and if you don't not like the taste of tomato that much then half  tomato will do fine 😁. 
  5. Now add salt and chilli powder acc. to your tastebuds and let it cook for 2-3 min . 
  6. Now add 1.5 cup of water and let it boil . 
  7. Then add rosted vermicelli to the boiling soup and let it cook till vermicelli get soft .
And just like that your dish is ready to serve . Eat and enjoy yourself 😋
